Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls
๐งพ Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts (butterflied & flattened)
- 4 slices turkey ham (or regular ham)
- 4 slices cheese (Swiss, mozzarella, or cheddar)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Toothpicks (to secure rolls)
- Oil or butter (for frying or baking)

1. Prepare the Chicken:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece.
- Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
2. Bread the Rolls:
- Coat each roll in flour.
- Dip in beaten eggs.
- Roll in breadcrumbs, pressing to stick well.
3. Cook:
Option 1 โ Fry (extra crispy):
- Fry in hot oil for 6โ8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Option 2 โ Bake (lighter):
- Bake at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for 25โ30 minutes until golden.
