  • 4 slices cheese (Swiss, mozzarella, or cheddar)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Toothpicks (to secure rolls)
  • Oil or butter (for frying or baking)

1. Prepare the Chicken:

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece.

  2. Dip in beaten eggs.
  3. Roll in breadcrumbs, pressing to stick well.

3. Cook:

Option 2 โ€“ Bake (lighter):
