Here’s an easy, crispy chicken fritters recipe you can make at home 🍗✨They’re crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, and great as a snack or meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ cup cornstarch (makes them extra crispy)

  • ¼ cup milk

  • ½ cup grated cheese (optional but tasty)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika or chili powder (optional)

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix wet ingredients
    In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.

  2. Add flavor
    Stir in garlic, onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and cheese.

  3. Add chicken & dry ingredients
    Add the chicken, flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
    Mix until you get a thick batter.

  4. Heat oil
    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  5. Fry the fritters
    Scoop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
