Ingredients
- 600 g low-fat fromage blanc.
- 1 kg chilled currant compote.
- 250 ml cream.
- 6 tablespoons vanilla sugar.
- 10 tablespoons chocolate chips or chocolate vermicelli
preparation
First, pour the redcurrant compote into a bowl; a glass bowl works perfectly.
Then, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Add the low-fat fromage blanc and mix well.
Divide the quark mixture into the blackcurrant compote.
Finally, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or chocolate vermicelli until no quark cream is visible. There you have it!
